Below are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Will your torches stay lit in the wind?
Yes. Our torches can handle winds up to 10 mph.

Will your torches stay lit in the rain?
Yes, all of our torches will stay lit during a light rain.

How long will your oil torches continue to burn?
Each torch burns differently. In general, the larger oil torches such as the Kona Deluxe will burn for approximately 16 hours. The smaller torches, such as the tabletop models, burn approximately 6 hours.

What is the difference between paraffin oil and citronella oil?
Paraffin oil is smoke-free and odor-free. It is safe for indoor or outdoor use. Citronella oil is scented for use as a bug repellant and should only be used outdoors.

Should I use citronella oil or paraffin oil with your torches?
You can use citronella or paraffin oil in all of our torches. For best performance, you should stay with the same oil for each wick.

How soon will my order be shipped?
We normally ship orders within hours from the time an order is placed. You will receive notice of shipment and a tracking number.

Is the information I provide during the checkout process kept private?
All information is held in strictest confidence. We do not trade, rent or sell this information to outside companies. Any suspicious or fraudulent use of credit cards will be forwarded to authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

What are your hours of operation?
You can order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you wish to speak with a representative, our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.

How will I know if my order has been received?
All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. If there are any problems, you will be contacted via e-mail or by telephone with an explanation.
